We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all the products listed below. Proof of purchase will be required to complete this process.

Refurbished laptop

If you purchase a refurbished laptop from us either in store or online you will receive a 90 day warranty; this will begin from the day that the full cost has been made to complete the sale.

The types of repairs covered are if the product has failed to work in some way hardware related. Software faults are not covered unless it is clear they are caused by hardware that came with your product. All new parts used will come with a manufacturer parts warranty, ask in store for details.

Should you be in need of your device being repaired, you will need to contact us within the 90 days for it to be covered. We will firstly try to fix the device within 48 hours of it being returned to us. If it is likely to take longer than this amount of time then we will get in contact. If we are unable to fix it then we may decide to replace the product with a like for like replacement. In the event of not having a like for like replacement, we will try to replace it with a similar product and transfer any data over (where possible) free of charge. In the unlikely event of not having a replacement product available we can offer either store credit or a full refund.

Proof of purchase is required to return a laptop for a repair.

New laptop

New laptops come with various warranties, please check the product details or ask a member of staff what the warranty is with your new laptop.

Refurbished desktop

If you purchase a refurbished desktop from us either in store or online you will receive a 180 day warranty; this will begin from the day that the full cost has been made to complete the sale.

New desktop

New desktops come with various warranties, please check the product details or ask a member of staff what the warranty is with your new desktop.

Custom build desktop

Custom build desktops are built completely out of new parts with each part having a manufacturer guarantee (usually 12 months). We give our own 12-month warranty on this desktop as well which covers repairs should any of the parts need to be replaced.

Refurbished monitor

All our refurbished monitors come with a 30-day warranty. As monitors are unlikely to be repairable due to the nature of the product, in the event that a problem does occur, we will likely offer an exchange for another monitor we have in stock. If not, we can offer a full refund or store credit.

New monitor

Tablet

We do not currently stock or sell tablets at this point in time. For more warranty information please get in touch.

Peripherals

All our new peripherals come with a manufacturer warranty. If there is a fault we will try to fix it in store. If we are unable to, we will try to provide you with a replacement same day or as soon as we can get one in stock. We will then send off the faulty product in our own time.

Our refurbished peripherals come with a 30 day warranty. If there is a fault with the product you bought you will need to bring it into the store for us to see if we can fix it. If we are unable to fix it we will replace your product with a like for like or something similar depending what we have in stock.

Website

All our websites require payment up front and at no point do we offer a money back guarantee. Once the website has been completed, we will get the customer to approve it and sign off on it. From that point, the customer will have 30 days of free changes to the website (within reason subject to our discretion). After the 30 days, any faults or changes required will need to be paid for. Ask in store for more details.

Warranty exclusions

  • Accidental damage such as dropping, water damage
  • General wear and tear, misuse, neglect or damage caused by the buyer
  • Incorrectly installed software
  • Overheating due to misuse or a build-up of dust or dirt
  • Batteries (all laptop batteries are only replaced/fixed under warranty if they are lasting under 1 hour from full charge to full depletion, ask in store for more details).
